WELCOME TO COMPLETE HAND THERAPY

Creating a hand therapy clinic where every client is valued, treatment is provided only by an experienced Hand Therapist and bookings are flexible, has been a dream of mine for a long time. This vision was realised when I opened Complete Hand Therapy at 64 Glenferrie Road Malvern in October 2021.

Opened in Melbourne 2021

I opened the doors of Complete Hand Therapy during Melbourne’s second long lockdown. The streets were bare and the vibe of Glenferrie Road had vanished. After a few short months, I am happy to see Glenferrie Road come alive again with trams, shoppers and people enjoying the café culture which makes this such an exciting area to work in!

Part of the Allied Health Associate group

Complete Hand Therapy is located within Allied Health Associate, which is a group of inspiring Health Professionals who provide different services under the one roof. It’s a great team consisting of many aspects of health care such as Myotherapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Psychology and so much more. As everyone is returning to the clinic post lockdown, Allied Health Associate has a positive vibe and a team that can bring their unique skill set and create a “one stop shop” for clients to optimise their health and wellbeing.

Allied Health Associate is a therapist run clinic so there is no reception staff when you arrive, however I will be notified when you enter reception, so please “check in” and take a seat and I won’t be long. It is very important for me that when client’s attend Complete Hand Therapy they feel comfortable in the environment. As you arrive in the waiting area at Allied Health Associate you will enjoy the natural light and very welcoming feel. It is filled with plants and stunning art work. You can take a seat and watch the world (Glenferrie Road) go by.

My Treatment Room

The room at Complete Hand Therapy clinic is a light, airy, clean and an inviting environment which also has lots of plants and a few personal touches such a wooden hand sculpture given to me by a dear friend. I love spending the day there seeing clients and writing reports, it’s a great space! I keep on site all the equipment needed to fabricate thermoplastic splints and water proof casts. I also have a wax bath, jaymar dynamometer for grip strength testing, DASH-17 Assessment for hand writing assessments for VCE students, dressings for wound and scar management and so much more!

My vision for Complete Hand Therapy is to provide each client with the highest quality hand therapy care that is effective and accessible. From diagnosis through to treatment, my goal is to facilitate every client’s recovery and return to music, sport, work or home goals. I provide my contact details to all client’s and encourage clients to get in touch if they have any questions or concerns, because sometimes questions pop up out of the clinic appointment time! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to know more about Complete Hand Therapy.
